BUS350 Management, Organizational Behavior, and Leadership Practices

This course introduces students to principles in management, organizational behavior, and leadership. Students gain insights into managing both individual and group behavior through the study of topics such as motivation, stress, and conflict management. Students also learn the qualities of a good leader and the decision making process. They are introduced to organizational design topics such as culture and change management. Students practice applying these principles through team projects and activities.
