Student Complaints
Generally, complaints should be directed to the Office of Student Affairs. Students should report any concerns as soon as issues arise. If Student Affairs is not able to adequately address the student’s complaint, the student may seek additional assistance from the following:

Operational or financial issues or concerns: Office of the President
If a student believes that the University has not adequately addressed a complaint or concern, the student may consider contacting ACICS at 750 First Street, N.E., Suite 980, Washington, DC 20002-4241, (202) 336-6780. Students may also contact the U.S. Department of Education if they have a concern appropriate for an accreditor. Students will NOT be subject to unfair actions as a result of initiating a complaint.
