Transcripts

All student academic records are retained, secured, and disposed of in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. All student record information is maintained on the university computer system. Permanent records are kept in paper or electronic form. The university maintains complete records for each student that include grades, prior education and training, and awards received.

Student academic transcripts, which include grades, are available through the Office of the Registrar. Student records may only be released to the student or his/her designee as directed by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974. Official transcripts will be released to students who are current with their financial obligation (i.e., tuition and fees due to the University are paid current per the student’s financial agreement). Neumont does not issue unofficial transcripts for non-matriculated students.
