HUM200 The Imagination of Horror in Media

This course will explore theories of horror, from the fantastic to the uncanny through the lens of key moments in the genre's development in literature, art, and film. The history of the development of horror tropes and themes, the merits of vampires versus zombies, specters, ghosts, and supernatural beings would be some topics discussed throughout this course.
