PRO345 Business Analysis, Operation & Organizational Project

Enterprise analysis and operations require business managers to balance many aspects of the business including marketing, suppliers, inventory and quality. This course explores how to analyze and address these business concerns. Class members will work to develop qualitative and quantitative approaches, as well as techniques to facilitate managing this complex environment.
