CSC240 Business Web Development

In today's economy even the smallest businesses are expected to have a website. In this course students learn how businesses can improve their processes by using the Internet to interface with customers, partners, and suppliers. This includes the implementation and programming of technologies such as e-commerce, live online customer service/support, and supply-chain management tools. Students learn the phases of web development such as analysis, development, and deployment. Students also research the tools and technology (both proprietary and open source) most commonly used to develop websites.
