Student Advising
Each student is assigned or can select an Academic and Student Life Coordinator (ASLC). This is your advocate! They meet face to face with each of their students to get to know them and their specific situation. They continue to meet when requested by the student, staff or instructors. ASLCs can help listen and make recommendations to students and help advise them in topics such as: academics, study skills, mental health, roommate issues, newly found independence, social and life skills, time management, goal setting, communication, sleep and other concerns.
