President’s Message
Welcome to Neumont College of Computer Science, where our mission is to improve lives through education. As you take a close look at the courses in the enclosed catalog, we hope you feel inspired to learn as much as you can and to realize your own personal success. As students’ progress through their education here at Neumont, a deep passion for learning grows within. And it’s not just the students who learn from the teachers. Our faculty learn from their students, and students learn from their peers, creating a much more transformative educational experience. Through this process, students find themselves rebuilt, reinforced, and well-equipped for new horizons as they look forward to graduation and the beginning of their own careers. Our hope is that Neumont graduates find themselves prepared to face new challenges and to overcome them in ways they never thought possible before.
Within this course catalog, you may find that although our programs focus on the digital sciences, we also provide an essential foundation of general education courses. Here at Neumont, we like to prepare our students through a diverse combination of courses that have been refined through countless hours of consultation with industry-leading employers. Our general education offerings and electives support created a variety of learning interests and opportunities. Through the project courses and industry-partnered Enterprise Projects that Neumont provides to our students, they encounter countless opportunities to explore advanced technologies, work with industry experts, refine technology and soft skills, and build a portfolio of real project experiences. Our program offers numerous opportunities for our students to gain real-life experiences with actual companies within the industry.
