BUS350 Management, Organizational Behavior & Leadership Practices

This course introduces students to principles of management, organizational behavior, and leadership. Students gain insights into managing both individual and group behavior through the study of topics such as motivation, stress, and conflict management. Students also learn the qualities of a good leader and the decision-making process. They are introduced to organizational design topics such as culture and change management. Students practice by applying these principles in team projects and activities.
