MAT410 Discrete Structure
This course introduces students to the study of mathematics devoted to objects that are distinct or unconnected. Students are exposed to problems which relate to logic, probability and operations research. Discrete mathematics is a gateway and foundation for many other computer science courses including: data structures, database theory, automata, formal languages, compiler theory, computer security and operating systems.
