MGT470 Practices in Project Management

This course continues the study of Project Management (PM) as it relates to Information Technology (IT) projects. The nine knowledge areas of PM, including scope, cost and procurement, current practices, planning procedures and documents, diagrams and charts, and tools used to manage each area, are discussed in depth.
