BUS445 International Business Practices

This course introduces students to the essentials of international business and information technology practices within a global business organization. Students will learn fundamental international business and information technology management concepts, including: business planning, business process and strategic thinking, impact of culture on business, foreign direct investment, world economies, global and regional cooperation, new market development, international monetary system, global capital markets, foreign exchange, global sourcing, importing, exporting, global talent management, global innovation, global marketing, distribution and supply chain, and global finance.
