PSC201 Astronomy

This course provides a basic introduction to the science of astronomy. Students gain critical-thinking skills as they assess the origins and evolution of our galaxy; understand stellar structure and life cycles; and gain an orientation to the night sky. Students also examine recent discoveries in astronomy.
