BUS330 Strategic Planning

This course allows students to apply proven business processes that companies adopt to strategically position themselves for success. Students learn to identify and understand the mission and vision of a company. They use that information to develop a strategic business plan that takes into account technology, resources, and the current market. Students will use key market indicators to project potential success for their business and understand how to account and handle change.
