SSC321 Introduction to Group Dynamics

This course exposes students to the forces that drive the formation and activities of groups. Students will explore principles and concepts related to group structure and life-cycle, influence and power, constructive conflict, productivity, decision-making, leadership, inter-group relations, and large group behavior.
