MGT300 Fundamentals of Project Management

This course introduces students to principles of project management as they relate to information technology projects. Topics include scope, cost, schedule, integration, risk, communication, human resources, quality and procurement. Students will explore process groups such as initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
